My screen went black and will not turn on. It does not even come on when it is charging
Probably best to contact Garmin support directly in the country you're in.You'll probably have to send your watch in.
Same with mine.
Happens to me just few months ago. Sent to Garmin for repair and they shipped me a new one, in 10 working days.
