I get false low readings all the time now on my Venu 3 with 13.17. never this bad before the update. I contacted Garmin multiple times and they deny there is any problem
Yes - my vivoactive5 seems to get stuck on unrealistically low heart rates all the time now, mainly observable during activity (jogging etc, e.g. 80 instead of 150), but happens also during rest (though here the difference is mostly less extreme, e.g. 59 instead of 72, except for a few occasions where it went down all the way to 30). The readings do recover eventually, but sometimes that takes up to 2 minutes, and it's still heavily skewing all of the exercise- and health-summary data...
