Any fix to getting volume control to work on JBL Reflect Flow?

Volume control is not working with JBL Reflect Flow. Which earbuds are recommended for Vivoactive 5 that doesn't have this issue?

I have the same issue. Volume starts at maximum and the on watch volume controls don't do anything, using Spotify offline on watch app

no way to fix it unfortunately. I ended up buying $25 Jlab Go Air Pop just to use with the watch which has volume control on the buds. It works
