Women’s health app disappeared on watch. It worked fine for the first week. Then it disappeared and only shows an IQ screen. I’ve only had the watch for 2 weeks. Works fine on the app. Have tried resetting to factory settings but still doesn’t work

I'm sorry this happened, have you tried the steps in Installing Content Using the Connect IQ Store App to re-install the app? You would search for "Women's Health Tracking" in the CIQ app store.
