heart rate zones no longer show on Vivoactive 5 or connect

Heart rate zones are not displayed on my watch or in Connect. Zones are set correctly on my watch. I could not find where to set my zones on Connect.

I'm good to go. I need to adjust my Max HR - or run harder. This is a new watch, my 5th or 6th Garmin. Each had a learning curve. Thanks for the help.

Garmin Connect version 5.7.1. The heart rate zone function worked fine on 12/17/24 but stopped working on the 12/18/24 software update. Watch software version 12.11.

tedmclyman Do you have a screenshot you can share to display how it is not working? are you referring to if you go to more > garmin devices > vivoactive 5 > user profile > heart rate?
