On my vivoactive 5 it says I'm in a wheelchair, although wheelchair mode is off. How do I fix this?

Some things you can try:

• Restart Your Device
• Re-enable and Disable Wheelchair Mode: Turn on wheelchair mode, save the settings, then turn it off again.
