I just got my third Garmin watch. My new vivoactive 5 does not give the floors climbed during the day, or if hiking in the mountains as the vivo 3 does. I know that it does not have an altimeter.
Nevertheless during mountain hikes the calculations would be easy to indicate the number of floors climbed.
It would be a question of taking GPS altitude data. At least we would have an approximation of the number of floors climbed during hikes.
This would give a follow-up of my data in Garmin Connect.
For the moment I am disappointed by this missing information during mountain hikes!
