I’ve had my vivoactive 5 for about 2 months now. Twice in the last week I’ve gone to check it and it is off. The batter has always been charged above 40% so it’s not like it died. I try to turn it back on and it just vibrates a double pulse after holding the button down for a few seconds. Takes over a minute for the power on icon to display.
Is there a fix for this? It’s very annoying as it has done it twice now while I was running around the house a bit and I hate not having it track that movement on top of my exercise.
