Garmin Smart Watch Only Connects to One Earbud

While trying to pair my wearable earbuds to my my Vivoactive 5 smart watch, the earbuds show up as two bluetooth devices. This means that only one earbud works. How do I change it so that both earbuds are connected?

    I am having the same issue. I have JLAB Epic Air Sport ANC earphones and my Vivoactive 5 watch displays two bluetooth devices. I can only play music through one earbud at a time which  is annoying. Any help would be appreciated or I may have to return to the good ole reliable FitBit!
