HRV/Stress level showing two different things

Can someone explain why my Stress tab (based on HRV) shows all blue and a low (good) number during the night, but the HRV tab says Low (bad) and I’m not recovering enough. Body Battery is good, sleep is good, nice blue stress levels after exercise during the day.

  • I'm assuming that your HRV average will adjust and become the new normal given enough time.

I guess, wearing the watch for some time, that the main stress-indicator during the day is your heart rate and not HRV. The HRV status is mainly recorded at night.

So maybe you have a relatively low HR which is considered good and low stress, but still your HRV at night might be low.

I'm all new to this, so also still looking for information and understanding of it all.
