AOD turns on even when disabled

Since latest update, even though AOD (Always on Display) is disabled completely, along with gestures, I find it on from time to time. I always need to go into the menu for it to turn off. It happens more and more lower the battery gets. I noticed that between 100-80% it rarely happens, to it happening very often in last 40%. To a point it seems to impact battery, as battery drains much faster after 50%.

I double checked and it's disabled in all modes.

I hope it will be fixed soon, as I find it rather annoying.

I paid attention to it more and I noticed it only happens when I do enough movement for stress not to be recorded, but without starting any activity. It especially happens during longer cleaning session, climbing many stairs or fast walking.

I previously had it set to off for 'during activity' and today it's on again during activity. I think this was after applying the 11.16 update, so I think applying the update may have caused it by overriding settings.

Do you have AOD set to on for Activities? And MoveIQ on as well?

No AOD on activity, it's completely disabled. MoveIQ is on, but it never registered activity when this happens.
