When I am doing the Run Walk Run workout on my watch it dose not alert me for the intervals. It does for the cadence drills, but not during the Run Walk Run?
At 1st I thought it was because I didn't have my alerts on. So on the next run I made sure that they were on. After the warm-up it did not give me the any alerts when to run and when to walk. It really screwed up my rhythm.
I thought going into connect would let me set up this option but I could not find anywhere to set it up. HELP!
