I find it ridiculous that a f$#@%!ing fitness watch can't display a gpx file. No I have to rely on a *** 3rd party app for which I have to pay 20€ or even have to subscribe with 60€/year to see a map.…
I ended up using Komoot which works really well. You get one region of the map for free and the whole world was maybe 20 or 30 quid. Utter rubbish that we have to jump through these hoops when the software…

"Working really well" is quite an overstatement. If you want to see a map while navigating, you have to pay 60€/y. And if you have an offline map on your phone and want to transfer it to your watch, you need internet connection ...
