You will want to perform a hard reset by pressing and holding the top-left button for 30-seconds. Once the device is blank, go ahead and power the watch back on. If this does not turn on the wrist-heart rate lights on the back of the watch, please check the wrist-heart rate settings to ensure it is enabled: Access Menu > Select Settings > Sensors & Accessories > Wrist Heart Rate > Status > Auto.
