Vivoacvtive 5 Heartrate

Hi,

My Vivoactive 5 has been great but I realised earlier today that the heartrate monitor has stopped.

I've checked and it is still enabled (in both the phone 'Connect' app and on the watch itself), I've turned it off and on a few times but it's still not working. The heart rate monitor / reading on my watch face is lit up as per normal (colorful / not grey) but it just shows --

Any ideas?

For info of others, Garmin support via web chat were great. Replacement watch is on the way.
