I have just purchased a Garmin Vivoactive 5 and the incorrect charge lead appears to be boxed, what I received is a USB 2.0 lead which is not compatible?

In the past I found that they’re pretty good at replacing faulty accessories, hopefully it’s the same when it comes to giving you the right charging cable for your watch.
