Why could my morning report be missing?

I have the morning report setting on, but am not getting it in the morning. Does the watch need to be connected to the phone to get the morning report? I have my phone charging in another room, so it doesn't have the strongest Bluetooth connection.

Also, is there anyway to see your morning report manually if you missed it?

Please ensure you've enabled morning report and have edited the report to have some data displayed as mentioned here.

Morning report can only be viewed upon waking up and once dismissed, there is not a way to view it again for that day.
