My vivoactive 5 does not receive WhatsApp notifications. I receive all the other notifications from all my other apps. I am on IOS. I looked in all the settings, I don’t understand why it does not work…

1. Open your iPhone Settings app.
2. Select Notifications.
3. Select WhatsApp
4. On this screen make sure the "Notification Center" shows a blue checkmark underneath it.
5. On this same page, set "Show Previews…

Open your iPhone Settings app.
Select Notifications.
Select WhatsApp
On this screen make sure the "Notification Center" shows a blue checkmark underneath it.
On this same page, set "Show Previews" to Always or While Unlocked.

I have this same issue. I was getting notifications and then they stopped. I have checked my iphone settings and they are as above and still no notifications. All apps involved have notifications enabled.

My Vivoactive 5 has stopped getting WhatsApp notifications.

It still gets other notifications and I have done some troubleshooting already but no difference.

All apps and settings are set to receive notifications and it still doesn’t work - what’s the issue please?

I have an iPhone.
