Bluetooth Keeps Disconnecting and Reconnecting to Phone

The Bluetooth connection of my Vivoactive 5 keeps disconnecting and reconnecting which caused missed notifications and sync issues. I've updated to 9.24, but issue still persists. Even I unpair and pair it again, it's still happening which is very frustrating. This is my first Garmin device and so far I'm not liking the experience. Anyone else facing the same issue?

  • Another unhappy customer. Vivoactive 5 and Pixel 8a disconnects and doesn't reconnect until I manually reconnect using the Garmin Connect app, if it works. Several times it hasn't so I have had to reset everything. I have the newest version on both phone and watch. Reset everything multiple times, deleted apps, bluetooth connections, etc and still nothing resolves this issue. Very frustrating.

  • Pixel 9A and keeps on disconnecting randomly. Once I open the Garmin connect app. It connects again . Very strange.
