Looks like you didn't finish your message, but I think I'm seeing what you're talking about.
After waking the screen, I seem to have to swipe up or down twice to get into the glance loop. After the first swipe, the watch face disappears for half a second and reappears. Then on the second swipe the glance loop appears as usual.
So it's acting like the first attempt to enter the glance loop "crashes" or something then the second one succeeds.
Before the update i do one touch to waking the sreen, and swipe up or down one time into the glace loop, now have to to two swipes to enter the glace loop, yes is like is crashes, and only on second swip enter the glance loop.
