I started a training plan a few weeks ago for a half marathon in April. So far I have trained 3 times a week. Does anyone know how I can adapt the training plan to 4 training sessions per week?

Unfortunately, there is not a way to make this change while you are mid-plan. If you initially set to for 3 workouts per week, it will remain this way until the plan ends.
