I am very ill and no way can I attain 150 intensity minutes in a week. I wish it were adjustable downward to 100 or 120 then I might have a shot at it. It's discouraging to never reach it. But that's part of being ill it simply puts you out of step with the rest of the world. Just complaining! I've had the watch about 10 days and it's worlds better than a Fitbit Charge 5.
