Vivoactive 5 doesn't vibrate when calling received

Hello

I used to have a Venu sq and works well with my iphone during entry calls. Now I have a vivoactive 5 paired the same phone an Iphone SE 2nd generation and just only turns on the screen but it doesn't vibrate when I´m receiving a call. I already turns on the vibrate option in setting and update the watch but still not vibrate.

I notice that with notification as text the vibrate option works. Probably a bug in the software?

I am also having this issue. The screen displays the call but no vibration alert. I have tried everything from watch reset, resetting my phone, checking app allowances. It's a bit frustrating especially for a brand new watch

Yes, same. Extremely frustrating as my watch isn't even yet 3 weeks old. I have searched for other potential fixes but haven't found anything that has worked.

All,

We've released a new beta software addressing this disruption. To install this software, enroll in the Beta software program (HERE), sync the watch, then go to Menu > System > Software Update > Check for Updates.

If you prefer not to enroll in Beta, feel free to wait until our Live software release is rolled out.

Thanks for this.

This solves the problem, but only partially. While the watch now vibrates, it only does so for a couple of seconds which can easily be missed. Not sure if this is still a work in progress, but thought I'd let you know, just in case it will help with improvements.

Hello there,

I downloaded the beta 6 days ago and it worked partially whereby when I receive a call the watch would vibrate, but only for a few seconds. A couple days ago, another update came to the watch (an official 1 I presume) and I downloaded that. Now, the watch dies within a few hours. This happened yesterday and I charged it fully when I got home around 7PM. I just woke this morning, and it's dead.

This is a brand new watch - not even 1 month old.

Please advise what's happening and what the resolve is.
