Firmware download for vivoactive 4

Dear Garmin Support Team,

I am seeking assistance in obtaining the latest firmware for my Garmin Vivoactive 4. The device is currently experiencing issues with both Bluetooth and GPS functionality, neither feature is operational, and within the device information screen, both BT Version and GPS Version display as 0.00.

Could you please advise where I can download the most recent official firmware package (or .GCD file) for manual installation, or provide guidance on how to fully restore these firmware components?

I've received an email from Garmin that states

This just brings me back to my post, doesn't make sense!

Feel your pain. Also suspect firmware issue on my side. Battery consumption increased drastically. Contacted local Garmin support in Germany without much outcome. Followed there suggested steps, tried everything possible with sensors activation deactivation, hard resets with removing all data etc etc. Would like to backdate software and sensors firmware incl. Sensor Hub, GPS, WHR etc. and do some testing. Could please receive firmware package here or in PM?

My current setup:

SW Version: 8.30

GPS Version: 6.00

ANT/BLE/BT: 8.02

WiFi: 4.01

TSC: 2.05

Sensor Version: 22.40

WHR Version: 5.01.00

Connect IQ: System 5

BMX: 5.1.0

Secondary BMX: 0.8.0

API Level 3.3.6
