Touchscreen not working, B button not correct

Unfortunately, my touchscreen is no longer working. The B button isn't responding properly either.

I tried a soft reset, connected, and updated via the Express software. This didn't help. Unfortunately, it won't connect to the app. Yesterday, it indicated that the pairing function wasn't enabled, and today it doesn't detect the watch at all.

The software is supposedly up to date. The A button does work, but it seems a bit slower than usual. The B button is even worse.

Do you know what could be the problem? Or how I can perform a hard reset? Normally, you can do this through the settings, but you have to be able to touch the screen to get there.

It could also be done through the app, but there's no connection. I don't see this option in the Express.

Any other ideas?
