    I'm having the same issue on my vivoactive 4s. I purchased it 2 years and 3 months ago. I contacted support, they asked for my serial number and straight away said that I can pay £140 and exchange ot for an upgrade. 

    Im not happy about this at all. I cant afford to pay £140 for an upgrade. I cant play music on my watch anymore and that is what I bought ot for.

    Try hotspotting to your phone, only way it would work for me to upload music

    What are your hotspot settings? My watch doesn't even see my hotspot now :( and still refused to connect to my home network (browser required) even though it worked fine till last month!
