Since midnight 28/30 May 2025 my Vivofit 4s is not being recognised on Garmin connect. The app can find the watch but will not pair to it. My phone is blue tooth connected to the watch. I have deleted the watch from the connect app and tried to repair it but that doesn't work either. I first noticed the issue because the time was an hour behind the actual time (no daylight saving time in QLD so it isn't that). Have changed the time sync to manual, reset the time and the watch is losing time (approx 15 min ever half hour). Tried to reset watch and now it won't turn back on. I get a dull blue triangle on the screen for a short time then back to total black screen. Put phone on charge, now have blue triangle on black screen but won't go to watch face but won't turn on back to watch face.
