Display Vivoactive 4 stopped working

After updating my iPhone to 18.5, the connection to my watch was lost. After resetting the watch, it was possible to add it to Garmin Connect again.

But at the same time, the display no longer responds to finger gestures. So I can no longer scroll down or go into menus.

Does anyone have similar problems, and more importantly, is there a solution? In any case, a hard reset does not solve the problem!
