Vivoactive 4 not recording Heart Rate, Stress and Sleep - Optical sensor light not flashing

The heart rate monitor has stopped working, no light at the back and doesn't record sleep etc. I have connected to computer, completed updates and done a reset (following advise from a previous post) and still not fixed. Does this need fixing and how do i go about it. Thanks

It sounds like your wrist heart rate might be disabled. Please check this:

Press and hold the bottom button to open the menu
Select settings
Select wrist heart rate
Select Status > On.

Hi, it isn't disabled as I checked that too. Definitely turned on. It's broken.

It is also not the only sensor that has stopped working now, steps are not recording and the whole system is just cliching

I have the same issue at my Vivoactive 4s.

WHR Version 0.00.00

Please try syncing with Garmin Express on a computer: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/software/express/windows/

If the WHR version is still 0.00 after syncing/updating, please contact your locale's customer support at support.garmin.com
