Intensity Minutes - Not Calculating

My Vivoactive 4S has not been calculating Intensity Minutes when I am doing an activity.  I know that it SHOULD be generating intensity minutes given my heart rate.  What can I do to fix this problem.

  • There are a few things to look at to make sure you are getting the most accurate Intensity Minutes (IM): 

    • This device requires at least 10 consecutive minutes of increased heart rate to detect IM
    • For the most accuracy, make sure you are in a timed activity if you are intentionally trying to generate IM
    • Double check your user settings and what your max heart rate is set to.
