Issues after update

November 2024 watch is 1 year and 1 month old since the update battery won’t hold charge for more then 7 hours. Heart rate monitor stoped working, step counter stoped working and screen is glitching slow to respond was working perfect. Can you go back to the previous version?

I have the same problem with my venu 3S. Already did soft and master reset. Nothing helped... Battery is down to approximately 45% next morning.

I have nearly the same problem with my venu 3s (same age). Already did soft and master reset. Nothing helped. Battery is down to approximately 45 % next morning. I'm not happy with this update, too.

The same issue with my Vivoactive 4.

Touchscreen stops working, the device can't connect to the phone, high battery consumption. Factory reset doesn't solve the problem.

Sometimes restart helps for a while.

Impossible to use the watches.
