Vivoactive 4S dead after 2 months

Hi all

I previously owned a VA 4S, which died after about 3-4 years. Completely unresponsive whether on or off the charger, just no sign of life at all.

My new one has died after 2 months, so it's still under warranty. Exactly the same behaviour. It just turned itself off one day and can't be turned back on.

The Australian 1800 number to request a return authority never gets answered.
I have spent hours of hold time waiting for someone to speak to.

I can't see any other way of contacting them, live chat, support email, etc.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation and, if so, how did you sort it out?
