Just rcently this has started happening -
Thje Vivoactive is on 8.30
A few things are really irritating about this -
I see this is an ongoing iussue from over three years ago - so its not a software version issue unless your release notes actually say it addresses the poor retention of connectivity issue so stop saying please update the software ubnlkess you can specifically say your developers are addressing the issue
it says theres a device registered to my garmin account but not connected so lets readd it - \
Then it makes me reselect all the first setup items again , sends me the welcome email for registering my device , then shows me the Learn more basic steps
The software knows its already been done stop it
I cant be bothered setting up garmin pay - if I have to keep doing it every week
I've checked all my other devices and they do not have the Vivo Active - BUT you need to do something to show why the device is forgotten - if its another device that the watch connected to show me something about it -
