Specific positions on Vivoactive screen not responding recently, so I can't set alarm on my watch for the numbers 7 and 8.

How to fix this, since it has been 4 years? Garmin says they don't replace batteries, and we can only trade in back to get another one. Now this new issue appears and it's a hassle to set the alarm using the phone, just to sync to watch in order to set any time that have to have the number 7 and 8 in it.
