download firmware to downgrade

Hello,

a couple of days ago my watch started having problems. First the LEDs on the heart rate monitor went out, then the barometer, it started to heat up until the battery ran out in 2 hours. Sometimes the touch panel doesn't work. I've made everything, wipe data, hard reboot, soft reboot, test mode... nothing.

I would like to downgrade the firmware since I have version 8.50 but I can't find a way to download it. Does anyone know where I can download previous firmwares?

Hi i have exactyly the same problem, please GARMIN SUPPORT explain how to downgrade to the prvious firmware version...if not you have to replace my watch because now it is completely unusable...terriblo problem...terrible customer service....= terrible brand? I hope no...please tell us how to proceed

Hi llory, thanks a lot for the files. I have downloaded them and i wtried to do but unfortunately i haven´t instructions about how to proceed . Do you know any tutorial about how to proceed to install these old versions in the device?. thanks again for your help

Garmin doesn't support this, but you can try the suggestions here from jim_m_58 - How do a downgrade my vivactive 4?
