Workouts not syncing from Connect to vivoactive 4

I did a factory reset on my Vivoactive 4 over the weekend and my workouts are showing in the Garmin Connect app but not syncing with my watch. Any ideas about what I need to do?

You'll need to re-sync each workout. Select each workout then "Send to Device."
