Vivoactive 4s sensor/WHR/BMX all 0.0 with update 8.30 and beta update 8.50

i know this was an old problem but anyone find a work around or fix. have done all the normal procedures and even a factory reset. Just tried to see if beta 8.50 would work and it didn't. Phone is only working when plugged into a charger. As soon as phone is removed it turns off. related to the sensor software getting wiped somehow?

    I was thinking this is a serious brand. The watch is almost useless since update to 8.x version. Are you joking that you don't fix the reported problems? Everything was ok before the update. Don't buy this brand, if they think you should buy a new watch, they update the software and bye-bye. No battery life, intermittent connection to phone, etc.
