My vivoactive 4S crashed today after swimming laps. I rinse/clean it after every swim and not had any issues for two years until today. I’ve tried the hard reset, plugging it in to computers/power sources. I don’t even get the blue triangle. I’ve tried putting it in rice, but nothing seems to be working. This will be the second time I’ve had one crash. My old 4S had a battery issue, so my current watch was its replacement. I love this watch; it has everything I want in a watch, but I definitely don’t want a watch I need to replace every couple of years.
