Software version 8.30

My VA4 just updated a couple of hours ago to sw 8.30.

Any change log, is it beta, final version?

There's no info anywhere, not in this forum, nor in the beta program section.

Note: I am enrolled in the beta testing program.

I changed to simple watchface and I haven't any problem. My watch garmin VA4 stay alive longer.

I hate to break it to you, but it's not gonna last. I was in the same boat, at first no problems, but after about a week on the 8.30 my battery went kaput, barely lasting for a day between charges. Maybe you're luckier, who knows?

Today my vivoactive 4 update to software version 8.40.

I havent test if the fix the problems with this update .

it didnt fix the problem still shut down when i put tracking all day pulse ox and when i try to connect it to wifi

I also wrote Garmin and they offered a replacement, but for over 100 euros, which is preposterous. I guess different countries treat their customers differently, this leaves a bad taste about Garmin support, which used to be great.

I did receive my replacement watch today - a recertified Venu2. No cost. I shipped my Vivoactive4 back and once they received they shipped the replacement.
