Why my vivoactive 4 doesn't record outdoor bike distance? It shows speed, heart rate, etc, but no traveled distance at all. Walking/running works fine. No additional gear is used. GPS signal is green.

Be happy to help! If you go into the sensors list of your watch, are there any sensors currently paired? If so, what are the sensors? Additionally, what is the GPS version on your watch and what is the GPS setting set to for the Cycling activity profile?

The only sensors shown under sensors tab is "club sensors" (which is unpaired, because i dont play golf) and "compass"

i've tried to use all 3 different GPS options with no luck. There is "GPS", "GPS+Glonass" and "GPS +Galileo"

GPS version 6.0, SW version 7.80, sensor version 20.04
