Vivoactive 4s defective series?

My garmin turned off suddenly. Not responding to charge nor force restart. Its dead. Are these Vivoactive 4S defected as i see in many Asked questions???

Plus it is still under warranty (bought it in less than 1 year)and the support team not answering my emails.

    Assuming you emailed to [email protected], typically takes 3 to 5 business days to get a response. If you're not in the US, then your email will be routed to your regional Garmin Support. 

    Also, depending on your region, it's possible that support is through a 3rd party distributer, not operated by Garmin.
