Inaccurate Calorie Burn?

I’m a 14 year old, in a female body. I’m fairly active, but I’m not sure my calorie burn estimates are accurate. I used to have a Forerunner 230, but now have a Vivoactive 4. The Forerunner would estimate my calories between 1900-2300 based on my activity levels that day. My Vivoactive recently estimated a daily total of 3,032 calories burned yesterday, 1,327 active calories. Dduring that day, all I did was I  went on a short leisurely walk with my dog and lifted weights for about 30 minutes. I only totaled around 5000 steps (I normally average 8000-10000). I mention the Forerunner because the main difference seemed to be that the Vivoactive has a heart rate sensor. I am not very fit, and a little overweight, so maybe the Vivoactive is more accurate? 5’6”, ~164 lbs. I have recently started trying to increase my aerobic fitness fwiw. Which watch was more accurate? In the picture, the days I wore the Vivoactive are circled.
