Garmin vivoactove 4s keeps disconnecting from my phone.

My Garmin vivoactove 4s keeps disconnecting from my phone. It tries to reconnect but keeps needing the pin code to be typed in so it never reconnects itself. Ultimately I have to go and setup the connection with the phone again manually. Has been happening for about a month now with some days it happens more frequently than others.
