Issue with gesture, WHR and Sensor version 0.00

Hi there, I've multiple issues, hope you can help me.

First thing I realised, green lights of the heart rate monitor stopped working, then the gesture didn't illuminate the screen anymore, and watch stopped counting steps.

I checked on system and WHR and Sensor firmware version says 0.00

Any idea how to solve it? I've seen many threads with this issues but can't find any clear solution, thanks

Thank you for your post. We will want to look into your watch settings with you determine the root cause of the reports that you are reporting. It would be best to do this by speaking to Garmin Support rep directly.
