Vivoactive 4 touchscreen not working

Hello, I see there are several threads with this question but I didn´t find a fix in any of them. For a couple of days only the middle part of my touch screen works. I have tried all the solutions I read about but still nothing. Some times it gets worst and the complete touch screen does not work. After I turn it off for a while when I turn it on the middle part of the screen works again. Was a definite solution found?

I have tried:

Turning it off
Recharching
Synching
Turning off the wrist cardio Frecuency and the physio True up.

You will want to reach out to your local Garmin Support team to discuss available options. Your device specifically will need to be replaced.

I have the same issues with mine. How much was your exchange fee? Its $217 to exchange mine with a 3 month warranty. Too much money to take a chance with the amount of issues these watches have. I like the watch but I think its time to try a different brand.
