Vivoactive 4S Walking Activity dont generate Maps Tracks

Vivoactive 4S no longer transfers the route taken from GPS in the Walking activity to the mobile. The GPS activates fine on my smartwatch but then the map with the route is not visible. Statistics of kms, altitude, etc. are generated, but not the image of the track.

Does anyone know the reason?
It's been happening to me for 1 month.

  • Be happy to help! Is your watch connecting to GPS? Also, what is the GPS version on your watch? (Menu > Settings > System > About)

    We will also want to try these steps: Press and hold the top-left button until the display is blank. Once blank power the watch back on and record a short GPS activity and see if it uploads map data.

    I've been doing well for a week.

    I have done two routes and the map has been transferred to the app without touching anything except that I restarted the smart watch.
