Vivoactive 3 not picking up gps

For the last year or so, every time I start an activity, it hangs on ‘waiting for gps’ and doesn’t connect. If I start anyway, distance tracking isn’t accurate and obviously no map etc. I have updated, reset and tried various gps settings…

You could try the suggestion by Garmin on this older thread - Issues with "Wait for GPS" - vivoactive 3 Series

Hi there! Can you sync the device with Garmin Express and then unplug and power the device off then on. Then go outside and connect to satellites.
