2 X Vivoactive 4s stopped working within 2 weeks of opening.

The initial watch was brought as a present for my daughter. It stopped working after we days. The second watch was the replacement watch, which stopped working on the 7th day.

Stopped working being described as, will not charge (charge has been tested against other Garmin watches with no issues), watch runs out of battery, watch cannot turn on. This is the case with both watches.

My daughter has used it whilst swimming and showering as per the 5 ATM waterproof rating that it is advertised with.

I am gathering another replacement is needed? I am obviously feeling a little burnt by the Vivoactive 4s.
