Vivoactive 4s no longer pairing with phone and the second hand is slow

I recently returned from a flight that was one hour time difference. My watch had no issue connecting and updating to the correct time while I was traveling however upon returning home to my time zone, the time zone won't update. I also noted that the second hand time is behind and the watch time is slowly falling more and more behind. I have powered off both my watch and my phone. I have tried repairing my watch to my phone and while it identifies it, it won't complete the set up and says there is an error. 

Any ideas?
