Watch shuts down and Model unavailable in local Support

Hi,

My watch is having the shutdowns that many reported in this forum (connecting to WiFi, starting an activity with GPS and sometimes ending and activity even with >50% battery).

I checked that the topics are being closed by Garmin suggesting Garmin Support but for Argentina Vivoactive 4 isn't available for support (even when I bough in this country and Vivoactive 3 and 5 are available).
